Naturopathy – providing safe and effective healthcare

Naturopathy or Naturopathic Medicine is a health care system that takes an holistic approach to healing. It is suitable for all age groups. A naturopath draws on a range of different treatment methods to use the body’s own ability to heal itself. Naturopathy seeks to find and address the underlying cause of disease and illness rather than treating only the symptoms. Naturopathic practices are firmly based in science and have a longstanding traditional wisdom. A naturopath aims to educate, empower and motivate the patient to take responsibility for their ongoing health and wellbeing. Each patient is treated as an individual with a complex interaction of physical and lifestyle factors effecting health and wellbeing.
